The RHS Malvern Spring Festival is a four day gardening and food festival produced in partnership with Three Counties and the Royal Horticultural Society.
Over 100,000 people visit the festival to enjoy the Floral Marquee, Show Gardens, Festival Gardens and School Gardens, as well as live talks and demonstrations from gardening and food celebrities.
Brond's involvement in the marketing of the festival began in 2014. Between 2014 and 2016, ticket sales for RHS Malvern Spring Festival increased by 34%.
I’ve worked with Brond over the past four years, in particular on the strategic repositioning of RHS Malvern Spring Festival, a show that had started to go into decline in terms of visitor numbers. This has been a really involved project that has required sustained focus, flexibility and creativity. A further dimension has been that we are equal partners in this event with the Royal Horticultural Society, so we have needed work sympathetically within its brand whilst developing a unique look for RHS Malvern.
Everyone at Brond embraced the challenge and I now consider them an integral part of our marketing team. The outcome has been a turnaround with over 10% year on year growth in attendances since 2015 and I am confident that Brond’s creative was one of the most significant factors in this success.
Since I have been Head of Commercial at Three Counties, my team and I have grown our income by an additional £1million per year.
I don't do brand without Brond!
